The property was appealing because it wasn’t huge. It was quick and easy to access our rooms, the restaurant and reception. The elevator was so quick and smooth you didn’t even know you were moving. Everything was clean, super efficient and well thought out. The hotel and rooms have all the details absolutely nailed. From the tablet that guests use to navigate the hotel amenities and history, to the heating and cooling system and many many other elements of the room that are sustainable and brilliant, it is clear that the design is state of the art and leading edge in the hotel industry. The best part of the stay was the staff. They were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were unbelievably attentive to our needs and wants. I would give the staff a 20/10 if I could.

We recently stayed at EXchange hotel for a week, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel is in a prime location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It’s a quick walk to major train stations, which made getting around seamless. Canada Place is walking distance, so if you plan to catch the shuttle to Capilano Bridge it’s super convenient. The area is surrounded by coffee shops, stores, bars and restaurants nearby, so finding great food was never a problem. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The accommodations were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home. Would stay here again!

Everything, first impression of the hotel was of an impressive tastefully renovated modern hotel which was spotlessly clean. All staff were immaculately presented and went out of their way to be helpful, a special mention to Jenny the front of house supervisor who was so helpful and polite and Victoria from the front office team. We stayed in the patio suite which was amazing, we have stayed in hotels Al over the world but this suite was by far the best, the attention to detail on the room from a stylish record player, standalone bath, facilities in room and comfort of the bed, meant the experience was a great way to to end our Canada trip on a really memorable note. We will definitely be back.

Staff: everyone we encountered were so professional and friendly. Special shoutout to the following staff who helped us: Randy, Vincent, Samual, Farshid, Alexander, Mariana. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and relaxing! Facilities: small and cozy for a hotel located in Downtown. everything in the room is advanced and nice including the restaurant. For someone who worked in hotels before, this hotel is perfect for business travelers or travelers who want to stay comfortably in the city center

There are other hotels closer to the cruise terminal; however, this was a better central location to what we were looking for: fairly close to Waterfront train station and secured building; not right by busy terminal area. Downhill 3+ block walk to cruise terminal was fairly easy. Very courteous and professional employees! I'm looking for excuses to travel back to Vancouver to stay there again!
